My story
I found my way into HR by chance after university but I quickly realized it was the right move. Years in recruitment and a desire to approach challenges more comprehensively led me to HR Business Partnering.
Later, while leading my own teams, I saw one key truth confirmed in practice. When people do what truly fulfills them and utilize their talents, motivation, energy, and engagement immediately grow. This made me realize what I enjoy the most — the art of connecting human potential with business reality.
My greatest added value lies in the ability to be a true partner to leaders — staying close to the business, understanding their needs, and helping to shape strategic decisions. Today, I pass on this hands-on experience to others.
However, I don’t keep my expertise exclusively for the commercial world. As a coach, mentor, and guest speaker at universities, I help non-profit organizations and students discover their potential and share insights from the HR field.

As a graduate of the Faculty of Education, Comenius University and the Faculty of Commerce, University of Economics, and a holder of Professional Certified Integrative Coach (PCIC) and GARUDA certifications, I am equipped with a wide range of tools to support clients. My professional background is complemented by a certificate in career counseling, enabling me to effectively help clients achieve their professional goals.
